These Terms apply to all visitors and registered users, including exchange operators participating in the partner program.
SwapRate is an independent exchange rate monitoring platform that aggregates and displays currency exchange rates, reserve levels, and operational data published by participating exchange operators. The Service is intended for informational purposes and to help end users locate exchange services.
SwapRate does not itself provide exchange services, hold funds, execute transactions, or act as a financial intermediary. All exchange transactions are conducted exclusively between users and the relevant exchange operator. SwapRate is not a party to any such transaction.
Rate and reserve data displayed on the Site is sourced directly from exchange operators via automated feeds. While we refresh data as frequently as technically feasible, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed.
Displayed rates may differ from those actually offered at the time of a transaction. Always confirm the current rate directly with the exchange operator before proceeding. SwapRate accepts no liability for financial losses arising from reliance on data published on the Site.
User reviews and trust scores are computed from available signals according to our published methodology. They represent platform-generated assessments, not endorsements. We do not guarantee the performance or legitimacy of any listed exchange operator.
Exchange operators ("Partners") may apply to list their services on SwapRate. By submitting an application and subsequently being listed, Partners agree to:
SwapRate reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any listing at its discretion, including for inaccurate data, user complaints, or violation of these Terms. Founding partner benefits (including the free period and locked pricing) are contingent on maintaining good standing on the platform.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All content on the Site — including the SwapRate name, logo, design, software, and compiled rate data — is the property of SwapRate or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without prior written permission.
Exchange operators retain ownership of their own brand assets and rate data. By publishing a feed to SwapRate, Partners grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, cache, and redistribute their rate data for the purposes of operating the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwapRate and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or data loss.
In no event shall SwapRate's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to SwapRate in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SwapRate and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
The Service contains links to third-party websites operated by exchange operators and other parties. These links are provided for convenience only. SwapRate has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. SwapRate shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
During the current partner preview period, feature availability and pricing are subject to change prior to public launch.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
