Information you provide directly. When you submit a partner application, leave a review, or contact us, we collect the information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email address, exchanger website, Telegram username, transaction reference, and any other details included in your submission.

Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, our servers may log standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics.

Cookies and local storage. We use minimal first-party cookies and browser storage to remember your theme preference, language preference, and session state (for partners and admins). What we do not collect. We do not collect cryptocurrency wallet addresses or transaction signatures from public users. Payment data for partner subscriptions is handled by our payment provider (Rapira) and we receive only confirmation status — never card or wallet credentials. We do not collect information from children under 18.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and evaluate partner applications.
• Communicate with you about your application or partner account.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Send transactional or product-update emails to Partners (you may opt out at any time).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We engage trusted infrastructure providers (server hosting, transactional email, payment processing via Rapira, analytics via Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SwapRate, its users, or the public.

We retain partner application and account data for as long as necessary to maintain the partner relationship, plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes. Server logs are retained for up to 14 days for security and operational purposes and then deleted automatically. Reviews remain published unless removed by moderation or upon user request.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; authentication tokens are signed and stored in HTTP-only cookies; data is transmitted over TLS; daily encrypted database backups are retained for a limited period. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and you should take care to protect your own credentials.
